On-site consultations are also offered, subject to an initial service charge.

Booking, Payment, Cancellation, & Guarantees


We serve clients on a "first come, first served" basis. To secure your booking, a deposit of 10% to 25% of the current quote is required by the contract proposal's specified booking date. Once booked, clients have the flexibility to modify contract details until the stated contract date. At that point, all final details, including the balance payment, must be settled. Cancellations made on or before the contract date will result in a 50% refund of your deposit. However, after this date, all deposits become non-refundable without exception.
