Pre-orders for delivery or pick-up must be placed 24-48 hours in advance. Walk-in visits are not allowed, except for floral inquiries, placing a pre-order, or picking up a pre-ordered item. The only exceptions for retail shopping are during Valentine's Day/week and Mother's Day/week.
